Citizens for Dr. Anju Singh

I was born & raised in India, where I graduated from Medical school as an ophthalmologist. Arranged marriage brought me to the United States, where my education wasn't recognized. So I earned my PhD. in Molecular Medicine and MHA from HMC, Penn State University. I am a small business owner, a faculty at Central Pennsylvania Community College (HACC), and a tutor. I am a single mother of three beautiful children and a gorgeous husky Aita mix (Huskita).

My community service experience includes several roles. I was the activity coordinator for my son's Cub Scout and Boy Scout packs. I served as the president of Hummesltown Business and Professional Association. I organized several community events including First Fridays in Hummelstown, Unity in Diversity Festivals, and Multi-cultural Cruise on The Pride of the Susquehanna Riverboat. I have also served on the committee and volunteered with several local schools and organizations to promote diversity, multicultural awareness, and education. I have served as the Precinct committee person for South Hanover Township.

I am currently running for State Representative in PA District 106. 

My current endorsements include the Dauphin County Democratic Committee, Planned Parenthood PA PAC, PA Term Limits, Penn Policy, Center for Freethought Equity PAC, Lamont Jones, Fred Faylona, and La Tasha Williams.
